Our Occupational Therapists
Jeanette graduated from Elizabethtown College with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She has over 35 years of experience working with children and adults in the outpatient and school based settings. Jeanette is a Neurodevelopmental Trained (NDT) therapist and is certified to provide Interactive Metronome training. Her treatment philosophy includes using dynamic activities to help individuals achieve their maximum potential and independence. Primary areas of interest include working with adults and children with neurological and developmental conditions. Jeanette encourages individuals and their families to set realistic goals and to gain confidence in their ability to achieve these goals. She looks forward to every day with Kinetic Rehab.
Melissa has been working as a pediatric occupational therapist for 12 years. She has worked in private practice as well as providing school based services. She is a certified Interactive Metronome provider. It is her passion to work with children and their families to provide the highest level of individualized, collaborative and child/family centered care.
Kendra joined the team at Kinetic Rehabilitation Services, P.C. in November 2014. In addition to working at Kinetic she works in a preschool setting for children with special needs since 2010. Kendra began her occupational therapy career as a certified occupational therapy assistant in 2010 and returned to school in 2011 to receive her Master's degree in Occupational therapy from Misericordia University. Her experience has primarily been in pediatrics but she recently completed additional training in an adult outpatient hospital setting. Kendra thoroughly enjoys her job and loves creating activities and tools to assist individuals in becoming more independent. Outside of work, Kendra is involved in her church and is the co-leader of the disability ministry. She also volunteers with Joni and Friends, a faith-based organization which assists individuals and families affected by disability.
Sandra has been practicing as an Occupational therapist for 25 years. During that time she has specialized in Hand Therapy and has been a Certified Hand Therapist for 15 years.
Our Physical Therapists
Jim graduated from Old Dominion University with his degree in physical therapy. He has worked with adults and children in various settings for over 32 years. He has specialized training in the evidence-based treatment approach LSVT-BIG for individuals with Parkinson's disease and other neurologic disorders. Jim is the owner of Kinetic Rehabilitation Services, P.C. and carries a full caseload of patients. His primary areas of interest are in working with individuals who have shoulder pain, knee dysfunction and Parkinson's disease. Jim educates his patients about their conditions in an easy to understand manner in order to empower them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
Kari is a pediatric physical therapist with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of Arcadia University in 1992 with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Kari has always worked in pediatrics in rehabilitation settings, outpatient practice and the school setting. She has continued her education in the areas of Myofascial release, Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT), Total Motion Release (TMR) and lower extremity bracing.
Tom graduated from the Physical Therapists Assistant Program at Lehigh Carbon Community College in 1994. He received the Wayne Kirker Award for Academic and Clinical excellence during his studies. He has been employed with Kinetic Rehabilitation Services, P.C. for 21 years and specializes in treating patients with special needs and orthopedic injuries.
